I'll probably get several opinions on this question, but, which is the best aftermarket performance chip for a stock engine with a few bolt-ons? I have an '88 IROC-Z 305 tpi, 700r4/OD tranny(w/B&M megashifter), BBK underdrive pulleys, Edelbrock headers, Flowmaster cross-flow(80 series) muffler, K&N filters (screens removed from MAF), TPiS air foil, Hypertech fan switch, 180 degree thermostat. The engine itself is stock and actually runs pretty good (which is why I haven't ripped it out and replaced with something bigger yet). It has a 273 rearend (which I like due to fuel mileage). This car is an everyday driver for me to work (60 mi. round trip) and I'm more of a top-end type of fellow than a drag racer. I'd rather play with some of these "punks" in these mustangs at high speeds than burn my tires up stop light-to-stop light. I've found that most of them can't "hang" much past 100mph. Any help would be appreciated.
