next door house selling drugs?

all summer long this rental house next to me has cars coming in parking in the drive and on the street ,all hours day and night!! 20 or more every day this is suspisous to me....but im not sure if they are selling drugs or not!!... should i go to the police......what other thing could make this many cars come in and out almost every day??about three teenage kids 19 or so living with their mom....the dad i think comes around sometimes....moms gone all the time and its just the kids and all the traffic pulling in and out.....any advice ?? thanks!!

Sure, but when you call, ask to speak to the narcotics division. If you call the main dispatch, you'll get sent to the patrol division and it might get lost in the shuffle between patrol and the narcs.
