Hey man I get pissed when a cop pulls me over but I'm not gonna harp on him or the others for doin thier job. They do what they are told that's it. They are alway's there when you need them and when you wish they werent. Show them some respect becuase they'll be there to help when you need it. I HATE getting pulled over and get really pissed at the cop but I'm still polite to them, and I say thanks to the cops they do more good than we all will admit. :thumbup: :)
As for neon's were I'm at here in Idaho as long as your not running your rig and in a private lot you can run neons. If your moving or not on a private lot you will get pulled over or a ticket. I dont know about any where else. It's different in all states and counties.
