i have had pull some one over in town he hit 90 befroe the hill he said the pedal stuck and shit and the car was small but it was a stang his seat was all thew ay up and id dint see him move it and when he shut the car off it was reving really high i jsut wrote him a ticket for drivign to fast for conditions cause it was raining out and also i a ticket for disturbing the peace it was awfully loud. do all of you think i did the right thing
