Window tint fix it ticket

What do you have to do about a fix it ticket in UT, I WILL NOT pull the tiNT off of a 3,000 mile a year car and if it won't pass inspection oh well I will trailer it!, so can I just pay a fine and be done with the ticket or what? :( THANKS IN ADVANCE

How would you feel walking up to a vehicle stopped, and the tint was soo severe that you could not see the ocupents, or if they had any weapons?

I had a friend at a stereo shop just print up a reciept for tint stripping but really didn't get it stripped and took it to court. No fine. But in NY it has to be done within 24 hours so make sure they date it right.
