i read that earlier rob and I'm sorry. I wasn't referring to the past few weeks. Just summer in general. Actually, everyone has seemed to disappeared. I miss everyone.

I'm following your lead... We went to paint the kitchen last week and found some water damage, so I began tearing out the walls...

Turns out it was probably the best thing to do - there were several problems I was suspicious of that I can now fix.
