I have a 1987 Chevy Camaro Z28 with a 305TPI setup. I am wanting to swap the 305TPI to a 350. What would be the best thing to do. Keep the TPI or get rid of it. What would I have to do to be able to keep or get rid of the TPI. Thanks for your help.

First of all what kind of 350? L98, crate motor, something you are building? But the main thing is you will need bigger injectors the stock ones are 19lb, 24lb injectors are good and you will need a 350 chip but other than that there is not much to it. I just swapped my 305 tpi with a GM performance parts vortec headed 350 about 2 weeks ago and I used the tpi setup and it runs very well. I havent had it to the track yet but as soon as it opens up in Feb. Im there oh yeah and you might want to get some large mouth runners I dont have them but I heard it would help a lot after 4500rpm. Thats all i can think of right now let me know how it goes, good luck

Get a ZZ4 from GM and put your TPI setup on it. Just get a 350 knock sensor.
