a guy at my job just got a bmw 330 ci or something. we played round on the highway on the way h ome from work and all i can say is gad damn!!!

i have an 86 trans am with a 5 speed and 305 4 bbl carb. besides a flowmaster muffler and an open element filter its pretty much stock. what mods will it take to match his 235 hp bimmer so i dont get embarrassed on the open road?

Well your first prob is that your car didnt start with that much horse... The second is that the bimmer only weighs about 2500 pounds so power to weight ratio is hurting you.....
You might want to check on your rear gear ratio.... mild cam.... ignition... and a better carb if you are still using the factory one, but then you run into an emissions problem( maybe ) ....
