Hey
I was curious how many of you there really are as I rarely see many 3rd gens there.
I have talked to a kid with a Red Iroc and 17" rims
theres always this black one with shaved door handles,
There was one with a 454 once
Another couple that are just so perfect i can't see them being driven down the road, but they look bone stock.
I have been there twice with my car and a bunch of times in my friend's 72 cutlass. I am am looking into joining some sort of club. Is there a good one? Can't drive my car till summer though cause im back at school. But my car and my house are in Russell Township and i spend a lot of time in Chesterland and Chagrin.
J

What do you guys drive maybe i have seen you around?

The only 'official" camaro club in the area is NEOCC, http://clubs.hemmings.com/frameset.cfm?club=neocc

But I think we have a nice group of guys and gals here and there's always room for more.

i'm closer to the youngstown area, but the cleveland area is only about an hour or so. i can be at hopkins airport in about an hour.

next year is when i'm going to try and make it to some local gatherings, i'm still fighting with my 84 camaro as we speak.

Hello J,

As Rob stated - welcome to the board! We do have a great group of local people here, so stay in touch on the board for info on what we're up to.

Here is a shot of my ride while I'm being interviewed by Kristin Andersen of Channel 3 News - it was taken at a "Sunset Cruise" I attended for the end of the Camaro / Firebird production...

I'm also a member of the NEOCC, and for $10 a year, you cannot beat the price. Great newsletter, too.

Thanks for the invite guys but im 7.5 hours away from home at school right now. My car doesn't have plates either until i do some work on it and make it pass emissions, or make good friends with a guy who works at the echeck station lol! I would love to attend any of your meetings starting around april when i get home.
Sorry to miss the fun
Jay

BTW
Where do you guys cruise?
I was going to Solon about as much as i could in August
Annabelle's a few times but never with my car. I was there with the Jeep once, it was old enough to part in the classic cars section and looked huge until the new sibling rivalry truck did a driveby :finger: Those guys make nice looking trucks but they don't lift them in a way that makes them actually usable.
Been to a show on Som Center in the direction of Summit racing a few times.
There was a show at Som center and Wilson Mills i was at and another one in Willoughby but these were just one time per year events

ONE MORE THING:
Are there any competitions like auto-cross etc around here. I would like to get into it. I have been down to thompson a couple times and that was fun as hell, sepecially the drive home at night when a ricer tried to pass me...you would have thought my exhuast sound, since you can hear me coming a mile away, would have given him some indication of what was under the hood but apparantly not! LOL
