Piece of cake if you can get the old bolts undone. Soak the crap out of them with penetrating oil if you need to save them. Break / burn if you don't. 4 good tall jack stands and hand tools are all that is needed.

Quite easy--- Quite easy. I did it myself in a couple of hours... I did have a lift and a jizwheel though;)

shouldnt be a problem. my friend has a lift. and a pit. and 30+ cars. garage full of engines and transmissions.his main garage is pretty much a shop. he has a two car garage with shelves filled with parts, another 2 car garage filled with tools. he was chaning the clutch on his dads truck when he was 13. his daily driver in college was a stingray. his project for a day would be to change a transmission. he wants to put a 427 in my car. he has it just sitting on a stand. 450 hp.
