are the seals just old and flattened/cracked?
if they are, you can get new seals to replace them..
are the locks holding them down tight?
if not, remove the top of the trim piece on the windshield and the trim piece covering it in the back and adjust the screws holding the lock plate there so that it holds it down tight. you'll see what i mean when you get the trim off.. its simple.
take the cover off the lock on the ttops and look to see if anything is loose.... if it is, tighten it.
that should do it.

If you have the money, Classic Industries offer a T-top weatherstrip kit for about $150.00 that will replace all of the T-tops weatherstrips on both sides. Or you can adjust the T-tops and try buying some silicone lubricant and put it on your weatherstripping about once a week for 6 weeks. It will put a little life back in them. After that, do it about once a month.
