Ive got a really strong buyer. Hes got most of the money now and is going to the bank tomorrow to get the rest. So if all goes well on his end then its sold. Ill keep everyone updated.

did he at least see it yet?n You best put the smog pump back on and make sure all the AC stuff is there.

Hes seen all the pictures i have of it. Im letting it go as is. I dont want to put any more work into it. Plus i sold some of the ac stuff.

Well, I guess its only time then. Is the buyer someone local giving us the chance of still seeing it as that would be nice? Good luck Josh

lol, quite the opposite actually. He lives all the way in New Mexico. I spoke with him on the phone today and he is set on getting it. So im just hoping he doesnt have a problem getting the rest of the money from the bank.
