i have removed all the bolts holding the exhaust manifold in place. however, the oil dipstick is in the way. how do i get around it/take off the manifold?
i have an 89 IROC.

remove the dipstick, dipstick.lol the dipstick tube just pulls out when you have the dipstick out, it might be tight though

Be careful with that one. Sometimes when you take it out you can bend the shaft and it wont go back in. I did this to mine then straightned it out and now its all good.

its a press fit, so dont do that too much, heh
you shouldnt have to remove it, but if you only need a lil more clearance, say it was bent it sometime earlier, you can CAREFULLY bend it out some..

Removed all my AC crap and threw it in the trash ;)
When they AC was on the car I was able to put it on easiest from the bottom.
