i was just kinda curiuos as to what would happen...If u think about it, it would be kinda hard to yank the front tires on the street...especailly without a proper burnout and all....BUt think about it........You are sittn there in ur police car and some guy pulls up next to you in a bad ass race/street car and stalls...all the time ur givin him this "what the fuck are you doing look,,,:squint:" and when the light turns green and he yanks the front wheels and takes off like a bat out of hell........WHat would you do when u pulled him over? pull him over and ask :wtf: then you :slap: him.....lol .............WHAT IF.........

First, if somebody did do that I would be impressed as hell, then they would be getting a reckless driving ticket.

Yep! Either careless or reckless depending on how bad he did it & how he acted during contact. I don't write reckless easily since it hurts the record much more than careless!
It would impress me too, & if the guy was decent I would probably ask about the engine/setup.

hmm ..
wreckless driving
wreckless endangerment
excessive exibition of acceleration
competitive racing
speeding
....can u guys think of any others
Wouldn't be wreckless driving in Texas. You have to have many things in combination and all of them in themselves must be reckless in nature. It's a charge we never file cuz it's a total bitch to get the DA to take the case. So throw that one out the window.
All I can really see is exhibition of speed and street racing. MAYBE a city ordinance violation for the noise and toss in the various equipment violations we are very good at finding. ;)
Can't go with speeding if you aren't.
Wreckless endangerment isn't a charge in Texas.
