i don't know if you guys are stateys or down cops, but for what speeds would u pull me over for speeding? like in Germany you don't get any slack, it's like 2% over or something and you're fuqed, but here it seems like speed limits are more of a minimum speed u need to go or else everyone honks at you.

I am not a cop, but it seems 10-15 over is the general rule.

usually you can safely get away with 5 over. i got a ticket for going 9 over once. I've since bought a valentine one though :D

mostly, look at the conditions and at traffic.

9 times outta 10, the cop will pull over the car that APPEARS to be going the fastest.

if everyone around you is going 15 over, sure, get in the middle and go 15 with them. lol.


if you start passing alot of people, you're going too fast.

I only pull people for 16mph+ over the posted limit.

Down in Los Angeles I bet they don't pull over people untill they're doing 20 - 30 over lol... geez, traffic moves along at about 80 mph there.
