Stoped only for window tint????

i didnt think it was possible but i was just minding my own business and got passed by a cop, IN THE OTHER DIRECTION, and he whuped around and slaped me for the tint. It was a TX highway patro :mad: , can this be justified for the only reason to stop me???

In CA, window tint on the front driver side, passenger side, and windshield of any tint can result in a fine.

maby i should of frased this better. the reason the whole stop seemed a little ridiculous to me is that that is the ONLY thing he stoped me for. i could understand if i had some obvious illigal equipment, but i have none at all(exept for the tint i guess). was he just being a jerk :mad: :mad:
