i got a question i was crocking pipes in my driveway adn then the next day i got a warning in the mail cause a cop lives next door woulndt he hae to give me the warning when i was cracking the pipes or doesnt it matter

no, it's perfectly legal. just as legal if he had given you a ticket.......

In town mail, even in Eastbumfuck, CT where I live takes one day to arrive.
