Update on my accident

I went to the Jackson Police Department and had a citation written by the accident investigation officer for the guy that hit me for failing to have insurance. They are going to mail him a court date and if he pleads guilty or goes to trial and can't provide proof of insurance will have to pay a $1000 fine.

Also I talked to my insurance and they are covering me under uninsured motorist so my rates won't go up. I still have to pay a $200 deductable tho :(

Atleast that is some good news, anyway.

Go to the court, have the prosecutor ask the Judge to have the person who hit you pay your deductable. A coupleof years ago, 2 dats before christmas an illegle alien rear ended my wife in our brand new GP. This guy didn't have a licence, ins., our registration and like I said he was an Illegal. Our ins. guy did the same thing, (non ins. motorist thing) So we had to pay the deductable of $900, any way we were reimbersed for the deductable after he went to court. But it was 1 1/2 years later.

Nope, they did not deport him. The guy didn't even have Green card either. Just shows what you can get away with being an Illegal. Our ins. guy actually said we were lucky that he didn't run for the border.
