I got a speeding ticket going 70mph in a 40mph zone! :eek: The officer clocked me with a laser, I could not believe I was going that fast. :eek: Does anybody have any idea how much the fine will be? Do you think if I went in front of the judge and plea no contest he could lower the fine a bit? Will I be able to go to traffic school? I know that I was very careless and now I have to pay. :cry: I have no idea what I am facing. Any comments are apreciated.

go to court, plead guilty.. he will chop the fine in half if u pay it that day.. least thats how it works out here.

Laser is gonna get you in trouble. Admit to driving that fast, apologize, plea. Good luck. NEVER say that you didnt. If the cop doesnt show up for court, your all set, its a goner.
