Ok..check this...one early morning..like 4:00am. I had been up all night and was walking out to my car.(I live right off a side street to a stop light. And what do I see??? 2 cops pull up to the light...and stop. but the light is green?? so I sit the puff'n on a smoke, while they are sitting at the light...I figured..talking to each other. there was not any other traffic. So they sit untill it turns red...then wait...then when it turned green, THEY LAID RUBBER!!! and draged all the way till the next light!

Thats NOT fair!!!!

*shrug*

eh, if it really pissed ya off that much, go record them on tape or somthing and send it with a complaint letter to SLEAD or their equiv where you are.

You must mean "SLED". Another agency wouldnt be the correct place to contact unless it was something more illegal like, say you see them selling drugs out of the patrol car. Then you could call sled. For something like commiting traffic violations in the patrol cars, just take it up with that particular agency...
