So yeah the principle at my high school is a dick and is renting a duplex well my dads buddy is the owner and he gave us permision for me and some of my buddys to pull up and do fat burnouts at like 3 in the morning. Can the cops touch us if it is on private property?
And if so what can they bust us on.
Squealing tires
Public disobediance

It probably depends on how your ordinance/statutes are written.
Here where I'm at, you could get careless/reckless driving depending on the circumstances,
&/or something along the lines of Disturbing the Peace since you mentioned 3 in the morning.
I have a Walmart in my section of town & have been encouraged to start checking their lot for people driving careless/reckless due to complaints from the store. Haven't gotten any yet.
Just 2 days ago, Walmart has now complained on the Handicapped parking, & I tagged two vehicles Thursday, that did not have any handicapped parking sticker.
Your problem may be that even if the owner lets your spin tires there, the people around also have rights, so it will depend on how tolerant they are of the noise, or if they see it as dangerous because small children are around.
You need to get away from town preferably a track somewhere!
