Here's the story:
I was pulling out of a parking spot on the side of the road going up a hill...the road becomes a dead end and it splits off in 2 directions before it does. The right way is a dead end and the left says no thru traffic. (this is in an apartment complex). I make a U-turn in the area the road branches out. Theres no signs that say no U-turn and theres really no other way to turn around. Im mosying on by at about 5 miles per hour, i was paranoid something might happen cause it was raining a bit and the road was wet.
Im more than half way done with my U-turn when a girl comes flying up the hill and smashes into my car with her bumper. She hits my fender and my door and it looked as if the wheel was bent a bit. I call the cops and one cop comes he takes a look and gets our stories and makes a report.
I get a carless driving ticket, she doesnt gert anything and is let off. They tow my car to the shop. I started arguing with the cop because of the ticket. There is no way this can be my fault., I was as careful as possible I looked in all dirrections, made sure it was clear and was driving very very carefully. She was obviosly speeding as she totally fucked up my car and pushed it to another angle going uphill. She didnt even slide into my car as if she was using her brakes. Also, I heard the cop tell the tow truck driving this was his first time on the job.
Who is really at fault here? She was young, probably younger than me (I'm 19) as she was going to her job to babysit. I was on my way to work leaving my girlfriend's place.
NOT TO MENTION THE TOW TRUCK FUCKED UP THE NOSE OF MY CAR!!!!!!!!! :mad: :mad:
