sorry im kinda new to 3rd gen f-bodys,so what is exactly is the difference between a RS(for instance) and a berlinetta? is it just a base model/low performance or what?i know they dont have any ground effects but thats it.Please excuse my stupidity!!!!!!

The berlinetta was supposed to be a luxury Camaro. Softer ride, deluxe interior, sound insulation, many options. etc. It came standard with a V6 (base models during this time had the I4) Production stopped in 86, it was replaced with the LT in '87 which was dropped in '88
