I've never seen traffic units at the racetrack... ;) except for sears point's "beat the heat" on wednesday nights, but then its ok to do a burnout and go 0-100 in front of a cop :D

heres what you do

get a friend to steal a green saturn, steal some plates off a buick, and have them run from the cops... while the whole east side is busy, have your race... :thumbup:
