Oh, has on even gotton a dui like at 12 noon on tuesday or some obscure time?

I have more luck at around 3-4am on early Saturday morning (Friday night, basically)

Any given time 10pm-3:30am friday or saturday! On those nights 7 out of every 10 drivers are DUI... Most of them go unoticed.

i live near a college on a busy road, and on thurs/fri/sat night at around 2 am (bars get out at 1:30) we get to see at the very minimum 3-5 cars get pulled over.

Those are not my opinions. I am quoteing these statistics from a national survey. And that is how man there supposably are, not how many are caught...

You are posting stats from a poll that seems to be tilted for shock factor. I highly doubt that is true, probably 7 out of 10 pulled over for suspected DUI's are legally drunk.
