In ohio I know you can have your juvenile criminal record erased, what about your driving record? I did some fairly stupid things as a young driver and I'm really eating it on car insurance STILL (I'm 21, only 1 ticket in the last 3 years and it was for speeding)
Depends on the state, but the points 'go away' after a certain amount of time. Here in MA it's 3 years. I don't have any points added to my record at the moment, despite having 2 speeding tickets. They were about 3.5 and 5 years ago though now.

it's 2 years here, the points are long gone.. but the insurance companies look at the last 5 years grr!
Change insurance companies. A new company would go off your DMV driving record anyway.

athough, you may have to lie when they ask about the number of tickets in the last 5 years....
then if they find out, your insurance could become void, or worse..
