Just wondering...
Have you ever pulled over a very attractive (read: big boobies, etc :) ) woman and she was so attractive that you would of felt bad for ticketing or what not and let her off with a warning?

Nope, i had my 1st DUI Thursday night on a rather attractive young lady. While searching her car i found some leaves and charges her with simple possession also...

All liars!
I have a very attractice 20 y/o friend who got let off on a 20 over ticket just the other week. Not only that the cop (Ill. State Police) told her to exit the car and come back to his car. This is on a very busy interstate highway. When she got back to the car (away from her friend and little sister) the cop proceeds to flirt with her and lets her off with a warning.
Hey, I can't really blame you, but don't lie about it and expect me to buy it.
Are we that State Trooper? Don't assume what one cop does, all cops do.

Sorry to disagree with you, but I do not lie, on the street or in the courtroom either! I also do not write a ticket to every person that I stop, although I do tend to be consistent. However, under circumstances that I deem pertinent, I do give warnings when I think they are appropriate.
Say for example, why would I want to write a $75.00 ticket to anyone (unless they are acting like a jerk), when a warning will suffice. Healights don't even cost that much, & most people will fix them when they are told about them, as they either did not know, or they don't enjoy getting stopped!
Another example, I stop two different cars for speeding; both are for say 15 over the posted limit; one driver is male, the other is female; one gets a ticket, & the other a warning; On one of the stops that got the warning, I decided that although I "know" I have the right car/driver, there was other traffic to consider, & yes it is always possible to make a mistake. Rather than write the ticket & then go to court & bring up the other traffic (because I will not lie & say there was no other traffic present), that driver gets a warning. Whether that driver is male or female, has nothing to do with it.
I guess from some peoples point, if I warn a female, I am flirting, so does that make me queer if I warn a male driver??
I am comfortable doing my job & know that people are usually going to choose to think what they want, but I will always try to do what I think/know is right & often ask superiors why they want it done a certain way, which doesn't make them happy with some of my comments!

Trainman, be careful who you are calling liars. I always write a warning or ticket for females. That way they can't say I stopped them to flirt, harass, etc. :disgust:

its true that cops dont let girls out of tickets any more then guys...i have been pulled over three times and all three i recieved a speeding ticket...my friend had ran a red light and was caught in the intersection and she isnt very cute and the cop let her off with a warning...he said it was cuz she had a blink sticker on her car...cops pick and choose sometimes...i have a guy friend be pulled over 9 times and 2 were for racing and somehow still got out of 6 of them...only has gotten 2 speeding and one fix it...true my cop felt bad on teh second cuz he was the same one that gave me my first so he wrote the ticket but told me to fight it and that he wont show up to court...but i really dont think that the thing about cops letting off girls just cuz they are cute really flys nemore.
